   . I also don't see why last access time -1 needs to be 0? you are right,
   WHEN WE ARE SETTING -1 AS DEFAULT VALUE BELOW LOGIC WILL CHANGE THE LAST 
ACCESS TIME VALUE TO '0' WHILE SAVING THE SAME IN HIVEMETASTORE, SEEMS TO BE 
BECAUSE OF BELOW LOGIC THE LAST ACCESS TIME CONDITION CHECK IS FAILING.

   As you told no need to update the default value 0 instead we can save the 
Last Access Time value as -1 in metastore.
