If you means Insert into [multiple
tables](https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/Hive/LanguageManual+DML#LanguageManualDML-InsertingdataintoHiveTablesfromqueries)
in one sql, the check no needs to aggregate the total partition number. Each
Insert reachs the limitation should fail fast.
