I've seen it always fail with something like ``` [ERROR] Plugin org.codehaus.mojo:build-helper-maven-plugin:3.0.0 or one of its dependencies could not be resolved: Failed to read artifact descriptor for org.codehaus.mojo:build-helper-maven-plugin:jar:3.0.0: Could not transfer artifact org.codehaus.mojo:build-helper-maven-plugin:pom:3.0.0 from/to central (https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2): Connection timed out (Read failed) -> [Help 1] ```
