As @zhengruifeng mentioned, this PR adds setters/getters in ```LinearSVCModel```, ```LogisticRegressionModel```, ```NaiveBayesModel```, ```LinearRegressionModel``` and ```GeneralizedLinearRegressionModel```. The redundant setters will be remove later in the last parity PR. @zhengruifeng I will rebase and resolve the conflict.
