I just rebased after the checkpoint fix in
[https://github.com/apache/spark/pull/4253]. I also added a test suite for
PeriodicGraphCheckpointer. I'll rebase on
[https://github.com/apache/spark/pull/4317] now...and that should fix the final
PeriodicGraphCheckpointer test failure!
