    For thread-safety reasons, I think we should have this send a 
`ReviveOffers` message to the actor rather than calling `reviveOffers` 
directly.  Akka actually has a pretty nice way to handle this type of pattern 
by scheduling messages to be sent after a delay; this uses the ActorSystem's 
scheduler, so we wouldn't have to create our own timer.  Here's an example 
usage of `scheduleOnce` for this, from `Master.scala`:
