It needs a statement to hold the raw table name, so that we can resolve the catalog from the raw table name and decide what to do based on if it's session catalog or not. MERGE INTO does not have this concern. I don't see why we need to hold the raw table name for it. You are right that `ParsedStatement` is unresolved. We can parse sql to `MergeIntoTable` directly as you said.
