Now that we can delete files after process them, will be good to have an option to re-process the file if it was re-uploaded to the same folder with the same name. It was proposed in https://github.com/apache/spark/pull/23782/ and I think it's a good complimentary feature to this one. Any chance it get a round of review @vanzin @HeartSaVioR @gaborgsomogyi?
