Easy fix is make a seperate ThriftServerListener for HistoryServer, and keep the live Listener as it is. But, I think the PR design is more consistent and comparable to the other listeners. May be I can update according to the comment https://github.com/apache/spark/pull/26378#discussion_r343029168 ?
