I think it is unlikely that a user will both compile with the `-Phive` flag
and want to use the simpler SQL dialect. If they do, they can always run
`sqlContext.sql("SET spark.sql.dialect=sql")`.
```scala
val sqlContext: SQLContext = try
loader.loadClass("o.a.s.s.hive.HiveContext").newInstance(sc).asInstanceOf[SQLContext]
catch {
case cnf: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException =>
new SQLContext(sc)
}
}
```
