[SPARK-5604][MLLIB] remove checkpointDir from trees
This is the second part of SPARK-5604, which removes checkpointDir from
tree strategies. Note that this is a break change. I will mention it in the
migration guide.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/mengxr/spark SPARK-5604-1
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
