[SPARK-5651][SQL] Support 'create db.table' in HiveContext
Now spark version is only support ```create table
table_in_database_creation.test1 as select * from src limit 1;``` in
HiveContext.
This patch is used to support ```create table
`table_in_database_creation.test2` as select * from src limit 1;``` in
HiveContext.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/watermen/spark SPARK-5651
