I was investigating some flaky tests (https://amplab.cs.berkeley.edu/jenkins/job/SparkPullRequestBuilder/113824/testReport/org.apache.spark.sql.streaming.continuous/ContinuousSuite/continuous_mode_with_various_UDFs___Scalar_Pandas_UDF/history/) which uses `python` executable and wondering if there's any delta recently.
