[BUILD] Add the ability to launch spark-shell from SBT.
Now you can quickly launch the spark-shell without building an assembly.
For quick development iteration run `build/sbt ~sparkShell` and calling exit
will relaunch with any changes.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/marmbrus/spark sparkShellSbt
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/spark/pull/4438.patch
To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
