I can't find it in `CatalogTable`. Shall we make them consistent? The Owner Type a.k.a `PrincipalType` can be `USER` `GROUP` and `ROLE`, meanings are simple as their names. If we will support ACL management in the future or just keep consistency with hive, I suggest we make them consistent in `CatalogTable`.
