The current version looks good to me. I'm going to merge it into master and
branch-1.3. Thanks for the discussion about JBLAS' license. I think we should
remove JBLAS from the Spark dependency.
@srowen We use JBLAS in NNLS and data generators. Those should be easy to
replace. But we might also use it in examples. Let's make a JIRA to track the
progress.
