SPARK-5239 [CORE] JdbcRDD throws "java.lang.AbstractMethodError:
oracle.jdbc.driver.xxxxxx.isClosed()Z"
This is a completion of https://github.com/apache/spark/pull/4033 which was
withdrawn for some reason.
