When choosing the subset of categories for categorical variables, this was
not done randomly.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/edenovit/spark DTCategoricalSplit

NumSplits for categorical value cannot be larger than possible
number of subsets of categories for that variable.
When choosing a subset of subsets, make this random.
