[SPARK-5719]allow daemons to bind to specified host

Add four config items to specify the host that daemons bind to:
spark.master.host
spark.worker.host
spark.ui.host
spark.history.ui.host
The added config items also work for daemons.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
