SPARK-5727 [BUILD] Deprecate Debian packaging
This just adds a deprecation message. It's intended for backporting to
branch 1.3 but can go in master too, to be followed by another PR that removes
it for 1.4.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/srowen/spark SPARK-5727.1
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
