Looks like @ScrapCodes specifically removed the `watch` config in
https://github.com/apache/spark/commit/489862a65766d30278c186d280c6286937c81155
I agree there's no `akka.remote.transport-failure-detector.threshold` in
that config doc though.
@ScrapCodes should we make this change or should this line be removed?
