So the change to just remove two of the clocks is much smaller. If there's
any support for just bothering with that, this is a lot less bold. I'll proceed
for the moment like we're going whole-hog.
`ManualClock` is fine to me too, I just picked one.
Yes I think I took care of all the instances of the property value
`spark.streaming.clock` so that they refer to new classes. It still works.
You're saying the old class names should still be supported? I thought this was
internal / undocumented as far as public callers are concerned.
Yes I can add `Millis`, sure.
