This is duplicated with the function `asRow`, can we add additional
parameter for `asRow`, says
```
def asRow(json: Map[String,Any], schema: StructType, mutable:
GenericMutableRow = null): Row = {
row = if (mutable == null) {
new GenericMutableRow(schema.fields.length)
} else {
mutable
}
}
```
