Fix make-distribution.sh by adding quotes to $MVN
The `$MVN` command variable may have spaces, so when referring to it, must
wrap in quotes.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/AtScaleInc/spark dyr-fix-make-distribution2
