Overall looks good Kun.
I'd prefer a different name than `createDirUnderTemp` since the location
may not be under /temp - as the name implies. I'd recommend just re-using
`createTempDirectory` or (better yet) `createManagedTempDirectory` (or some
name that implies it is cleaned up).
