the name suffix `Temp` doesn't mean it will create dirs under /temp, since
how an OS handles temporary dirs created by `Files. createTempDirectory` may be
different, say in RedHat it would be /tmp/ but Mac OS it would be /var/folders/
But I agree with you that `createManagedTempDirectory` as a better name
