While updating dependencies in YUNIKORN-3293, I noticed that
github.com/mitchellh/mapstructure (v1.5.0) was archived on 2024-07-22 and is no
longer maintained.
It's used in a single call site
(perf-tools/scenarios/common.go:LoadScenarioConf) to decode
map[string]interface{} into typed scenario config structs. Since
gopkg.in/yaml.v3 is already a dependency, this can be replaced with a
yaml.Marshal/yaml.Unmarshal round-trip, eliminating the dependency entirely
without restructuring.
Is it worth opening a separate JIRA to remove this dependency?
