Commit hooks could be used to ensure every commit has or is followed by
a commit that contains reflowed/reformatted versions of the sources.

I've done that manually with my I-Ds in the past so as to make diffing
the `.txt` a reasonable thing.  But adding an NSNL variant would also
help.
