I am looking at my screen which looks like this:

The licence for this software has me confused. If this software is copyright, how can it be in the public domain? If it's copyright, under what terms does RH have the right to distribute the software, and as one to whom it's willingly supplied the software (several times), what rights do I have to further distribute it?

The relevance to this list is that this package is part of Tikanga.

I have tried taking this up with the authors; one is unreachable at the address given, the other didn't really address my concerns.

However, on further reflection, it's not the authors who (might) have copyright, but the FSF so I was asking the wrong person anyway.
