I see it here on the latest RC install I have.  The ljet4 driver is the
recommended one, and other available drivers are gimp-print, hpijs and
lj4dith.

When you say you no longer see the driver, where are you expecting to
see it and what do you see instead?

The database is used as is for HP printers, with some fixings-up for
drivers that are not shipped as part of Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
