Silly me, here I am talking about the foomatic database, and now I realize I never installed the foomatic RPM. I - assumed - that foomatic would be installed by default (this is for RHEL 5 Server RC). Sorry! Just a vague memory, I don't remember having to install foomatic separately (post-install) in beta2, but could very well be wrong. Should foomatic be installed by default as part of the Printing group, at least for the Client?
