I'm testing the whole install process and the monitor is one portion.
Previously in the vmware env, it would work. It looks like I will need
to use a diff and patch /etc/X11/xorg.conf with a Monitor section that
has "appropriate" sync rates. I'm testing now to see how to define
appropriate.
