Hi, All

I have 4 machines running RHEL5, and all of them are running ntpd.
Yesterday, I noticed one machine was 4 hours behind the other 3. I did
the:

service ntpd stop
ntpdate <internal windows time server>
service ntpd start

The date and time were then correct.

This morning, 3 of the 4 machines had lost exactly 4 hours. The
timezones on all 4 machines are set to "Chicago CDT". There is nothing
in /var/log/messages until I restarted ntpd.

Has anyone else seen this problem?

Thanks,
rk
