What change? RHEL4 was the same, and Fedora-core-whatever before
that. And it's easier to get hold of the .src.rpm as it's mirrored all
over the place. Indeed, if memory serves aright, the link from RHN for
the .src.rpm just points to Red Hat's publicly available stuff.
