I have not found any docs outlining this and I too find it inconvenient.
What I do is create /boot and / from the gui with the partitions as big
as I want those 2 and then once install is complete I manually create
all of the other partitions where and how big I want them.

Well, I was afraid of that. Not that it's a big deal, but seems rather silly that the "Enterprise" installer can't give me total control without a workaround when other freebie distros do it right. :)

Guess I'll just ignore DD as much as I can.
