Ah, yes, right...  I *did* see it listening on port 631 with netstat,
but I didn't look good enough, I now see this is only UDP, not TCP.

In RHEL4, there was "Port 631" in the default cupsd.conf (which is
equal to "Listen *:631" AFAIK), which explains why I didn't find
back the needed change.
