Use yum or rhn to install the packages. For example:
yum install glibc-devel Yum will take care of installing glibc-devel and all of the dependencies.You will likely need to rebuild fedora packages on redhat. You can also get unsupported (by Redhat) fedora packages that have already been rebuilt on a RedHat system at: http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/epel/5/
