Thanks for reply.
I tried the cmd YUM...

it is giving me error... "RuntimeERROR:maximun recursion depth exceeded"

Outof 7 CD, I could able to install 4 cd..

I guess due to that I could not able to install package with RPM..
How can i install remaining CD...so i can run YUM command...

type 'yum install package1 package2 package3' to install package1 package2 and

package3

yum will handle this for you.

yum is the proper way to install these files.

You should only use RPMS intended for your distribution with it. I would not

use Fedora RPMS in RHEL unless you know exactly what you are doing.

To disable the beep from your internal speaker, you can add "alias pcspkr off"

to /etc/modprobe.conf
