It seems folks on the list have not been able to reproduce your problem.
If you have a support contract with Red Hat, now is the time to open an
Issue Tracker and get Red Hat support involved if you haven't already.
Another avenue might me to mail the more generic Xen user or developer
lists to see if people on other platforms besides RHEL have seen such an
issue.

Thanks Brian but at this moment I think it is a redhat's bug or linux kernel bug
(I am not actually a redhat's customer, I am using trial editions)... I have
installed a Windows 2003 R2 SP2 server and I repeated the same operations ...
and all are ok: all md5sums are ok. I have only used drivers from windows 2003
original CD ...
Well, I don't understand where is the problem, but I am sure that the problem is
with rhel 5.1 ...
