Unfortunately, this is not what Red Hat Enterprise Linux is about. Sure you can kickstart a relatively minimal system, but you can only choose those packages that have been preconfigured and prebuilt, so you will never be able to, for example, choose to use newlib instead of glibc or choose to not use PAM.
