One wins, I'd guess the first. Interestingly, if one doesn't exist, the other is used, no matter the order, in a quick test just now. This could be a way to have a failover capability. So I guess I'm wrong in another sense, in that you can have multiple _configured_ defaults, though only one is going to be active at any time.
