I have my management scripts do a "yum clean all" before loading some things to make sure the caches are clear. On all my RHEL 5 systems with additional repos (EPEL and a local repo), I get:
# yum clean all Loading "rhnplugin" plugin Loading "security" plugin Repository epel is listed more than once in the configuration # It isn't listed twice anywhere that I can find, and if I manually clear it out (i.e. rm -rf /var/cache/yum/epel), it works. If I have two additional repos, I have to manually clean both out or I'll get an error for one first, clear it out, and then get an error for the second. Any ideas?
