I've never used a DL180, but we have loads of DL 145/360/380/580. It
doesn't seem to matter if you have a Smart Array P400 or E200
controller, the Driver you need is cciss (which is built into RHEL)

Are you perhaps just looking in the wrong place? Your RAID array disk
should be /dev/cciss/c0d0
This is one of my DL380 systems:
[EMAIL PROTECTED] ~]$ sudo /sbin/fdisk -l /dev/cciss/c0d0
Disk /dev/cciss/c0d0: 587.2 GB, 587243773952 bytes
255 heads, 63 sectors/track, 71394 cylinders
Units = cylinders of 16065 * 512 = 8225280 bytes
Device Boot Start End Blocks Id System
/dev/cciss/c0d0p1 1 71394 573472273+ 83 Linux
