- RH fibre drivers are usually good, you don't need to install QLogic (or
Emulex) drivers.
- I don't use management tools like SANsurfer.
- Navisphere agent is OK.
- RH dm-multipath is "better" than EMC PowerPath, because it is the native
MPIO tools for Linux, it is also supported by EMC and PowerPath RPMs are
often nasty :-(

I usually avoid as much as possible to install vendor drivers and tools and
I prefer to use those included in Red Hat, especially to make OS upgrades
easy.
