Hi, all.

I customized an ISO image based on RHEL 5.2 (Just used to learn how to
customize iso image, not for commercial use), and put kickstart file in
cdrom.

If i type 'linux ks=cdrom:/ks.cfg' to boot the iso in 'boot:' prompt,
i can't config network and hostname by myself. Even i have 'interactive'
option in ks file.

I read the official manuals below:
http://www.redhat.com/docs/en-US/Red_Hat_Enterprise_Linux/5.2/html/Installation_Guide/s1-kickstart2-options.html

In 'network (optional)' setion, it said:

----<----
network (optional)

   ... skip ...

If the kickstart installation does not require networking (in other
words, it is not installed over NFS, HTTP, or FTP), networking is
   not configured for the system.

   ... skip ...
----<----

How can i solve this? ks file in cdrom and customize network setting.

Thanks very much.
