Thanks for the prompt reply. The ISOs were downloaded on 20090222 and all md5sums verified except the rhel-client-5.3-x86_64-dvd.iso. Assuming I had a bad copy, on 20090223 I tried downloading it again from the RHN Downloads Link & got the same exact bad md5sum result using a windows md5sum tool. I just ran the md5sum test again on linux & it passes... doh!
