Hi Tosh the printers in question are - MP3550 http://www.openprinting.org/show_printer.cgi?recnum=Ricoh-Aficio_MP_3350 MP2550 http://www.openprinting.org/show_printer.cgi?recnum=Ricoh-Aficio_MP_2550 I cannot install the drivers via RPM because they require redhat_lsb 3.2 which is only available in fedora. I installed the ppd file and I can see the options to set print locking etc but the prints fail. And ppd fail is only available in cups and not in system-config-printer. Also I made a mistake earlier, the clients systems are running RHAS 3.
