I'll be passing thru Holland at Christmas.  Sad to see that the 
extremists have chosen to attack
one of the most tolerant countries on Earth.    I know it's not the 
mainstream Muslims that are
involved in this.  But what's the difference?  Here in the US, moderate 
Christians have been unable/
unwilling to speak out against the radical clerics (Robertson, Bob Jones 
et.al.) in this country, so
how is the lack of moderate Muslim outrage any different?
