and who is responsible for her crawling around on her knees? the terrorists in her own people who have made this happen, the so called leader who steals all their money. no matter how many times this is pointed out, it is always israel's fault like a broken record. these people are abused by their own far worse than israel ever would. there are terrorists organizations in these camps that rule the people and abuse them. but does any one think maybe we should focus on that and stop that? no just keep blaming israel for trying to defend from these atrocities that are committed on a daily basis against jews. these thugs are the ones who keep their own people down and we reward them by making excuses for their behavior. when pressure is brought to bear on the whole infra structure of terrorists coming out of these camps then something will happen. they deliberately use these camps and those people to hide behind so they can scream murder when israel tries to root them out. every one can say what israel shouldn't do but no one can say what they should short of giving these people everything they want at the expense of the state of israel and her people. sure give them more land untill there is no more, untill israel ceases to exist. and will they be happy, i bet not. we maybe because that is what they want , no israel. those films are nothing but propaganda , i saw no films when a pregnant woman and her four children were gunned down. were is the pity from the world for that? arafat has million in swiss banks accounts, the countries that most of those camps are in have plenty of land, but they refuse to intigrate those people into their society unlike israel that absorbed all the refugees from arab countries. you see no camps holding israelis after 56 years it is a pity when any one suffers, but the ultimate person who is to blame for it is not israel but rather the arab powers that use these people as pawns to destroy israel. . Research and data obtained recently indicate that MARS at one time had a magnetic field and that is when there was life there; not the type of life we have here, but life nevertheless -- and it may have evolved just as ours did instead of having life END --- if only the magnetic field survived. All that molten river of iron in the earth's core is what keeps the magnetic field around the earth as a shield, thus keeping out radiation and without the magnetic field we would be bombarded with solar winds and all the seas and rivers would soon be gone because they would evaporate, and all of us would be radiated. Life would cease to exist. Global warming is also causing changes which may lead to the END of life on this planet - but that is another topic. But not to fear. As the scientists expect - the polarity of the fields will reverse but not collapse; not yet anyway. There will be multiple poles until it reconstitutes itself in the reverse. They have determined all of this with computer models. Anyway watching all this brought to my mind the REALITY that WE ARE SO INCONSQUENTIAL.. One can take the position that none of it really matters, but if it does matter it only matters to us how we think about it. In an ever changing universe is there at least some existential awareness that matters? I think as one who believes, like the RAM DASS, in Be Here Now -- that the least amount of chaos we can bring into each other's lives is what really matters. That means raids like Rafah and the chaos it brings into the lives of miserable, poor, hopeless people is a moral equation of GREAT consequence and import to the inconsquential meaning of our own existence. Antherwords, while each of us has little meaning in the overall scheme of things, it does matter how much hurt we cause. It is reasons like that -- why I can't hunt or kick a dog -- or be mean and cruel to animals. But how do I feel about other humans? Not as well disposed about individual people I know, as I do to animals. That I can assure you. BUT I do care that if humans were treated with concern and "humanity," whatever that means, that we might think of humans in the same caring way we think about the needs of those closest to us (and about our pets). Israelis many feel a need to have a place because they have been singled out in the history of religions because they were a "stiff necked" people who refused to adopt the ways of others -- I may not feel disposed to people who have little regard for life, enough to kill their own daughters and wifes because they have been raped or even consensual sex because it is a terrible waste of life and dumb. BUT, I'm not saying the Palestinians are any less moral than the Israelis and they would not do the same to the Israelis if the conditions there were reversed like the magnetic poles will without a doubt be reversed some day. BUT what matters is who does have the power to cause great harm NOW. Decisions what cause pain and suffering are immoral. That homeless women I saw on television in Rafah, crawling on her knees and her neighbers trying to help her was sad beyond words. Cycles of violence can be stopped without more violence. If all the Jews came to Miami Beach when I grew up there and set up their settlements there instead of a land where there were other people and the Cubans stayed in Cuba instead of being welcomed with open arms in Miami Beach there would be no raids into Rafah today. Of course that is a _silly_ pipe dream. So what I am really saying is this: The truth is: Every border and every fence should come down. Every country should destroy its prisons - beginning with Attica and then Abu Graib. Everyone should stop killing because it is a waste and life is too precious. Everyone on this planet should look to the sky and know that an Arora Borealis is a sign of how fragile this planet is (and when the poles switch and there are multiple poles for several thousand years, there will be lights in the sky and not just close to the North Pole) - what happened on MARS can happen here. LOVE is the answer and by that I mean every life is precious, not just Jewish or Palestinian, but ALL life. War is insane. It is immortal to destroy life. The United Nations, just as the League of Nations was a good idea but only if we mean it and the only way to insure peace is to realize we all come from the same ancestors, all of us: animals, humans. We all came out of order and endeavor for some ordered chaos and to preserve life -- and the seconds we have to live is too precious to have it messed up by religous, tribal and material interest. Rafah and the harm those raids cause are exactly why the oppression of special interest must end. Humanity is a step above only when you can start to think and feel like those who are oppressed and not like those who do the oppressing.
