We had at least one other not elected president. We got a used Ford--- from Nixon.

I guess it takes a while to get baggage packed and all the paperwork together for such a move. For my part, I'm planning on staying right here. Since I was born, 10 presidents (counting Eisenhower through this one) have sat in the Oval Office. Some were fairly good, some no better than average and one or two notably excretable. We've managed, so far, to continue on either because of or in spite of them all. I expect we'll get through the winner of the next election, regardless of which one it is, as well.
